Terms and conditions

Shipments are posted from Canada within 1-3 business days of ordering. Delivery date may vary from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on your location. All orders are shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number.

Shipping rates vary from 15$ to 75$, depending on the weight, size and destination of the shipment. We are not responsible for any customs fees. For all orders shipped outside of Canada, we recommend that you consult the regulations of the country concerned.

As orders are shipped with a tracking number sent by email, make sure you provided a valid email address when making your purchase.

Prints are wrapped in silk acid-free paper and each order is shipped in a strong cardboard envelope or in a cardboard tube (depending on the size of the prints).

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Note that no refund will be issued. Upon approval, items in their original condition may be returned for credit only within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs for the return are payable by the customer.
