Collectif 2011 est une publication visant à faire la promotion du travail des membres de l'association Illustration Québec.  Pour ma part, j'ai voulu représenter l'idée d'un regroupement et aussi la diversité de styles présente à travers cette association.  Le graphisme, quant à lui, a été conçu par l'Atelier NAC.

Illustration Quebec has just released its "2011 Collective" and one of my illustrations is on the cover.  "2011 Collective" is a publication dedicated at promoting the work of Illustration Quebec's members.  For my part, I wanted to represent the idea of a collectivity and also the diversity of styles of these illustrators.  The book was designed by Atelier NAC.

The New York Times Book Review has announced its list of the 10 Best Illustrated Children’s Books of 2011 and "Migrant", is among them!  A review and artwork from the books selected will feature in a special Children’s Book section of the Book Review’s November 13 issue.

I'm currently moving my studio (pictures coming soon!)  and while packing boxes this week, I came across this book that I couldn't help but read it again...  Vision on the event that changed the face of the world, 10 years ago, by two talented story tellers.  A sensitive post-tramatique story, written by Fabrice Collin and illustrated by Laurent Cillufo, that was published in 2006 by Denoël graphic. Unfortunatly, no English version available yet...
